Robyn and I have been Married for 35 Years. We are Passionate, Flexible, and Low-Drama Individuals with the Highest Degree of Honesty and Integrity who Work Well with Others and we Enjoy the Fruits of a Positive Work Environment. We are also pretty Mature until someone brings out the Bubble Wrap!
We are both in our 50's now (Don’t tell Robyn I wrote that) and we are seeking On-Site Employment. We want to Enjoy Life in our Remaining Years.
We may be Interested in Customer Service, small Motel Management and/or Maintenance Positions. Maybe even Organic Farming or Greenhouse Work. Ranch or Estate Caretaking. Perhaps a Small Restaurant, Cafe, Tavern, Lake-Side Resort, Mobile Home, RV Park or Campground Manager’s.
We have an Extensive Background in Hard Manual Labor, Maintenance, Marketing, Photography, Retail Sales, & Customer Service.

Although we own a Home in Central Oregon (LaPine), for the past Decade we have Managed an Inn in Troy Montana {The Lake Creek Inn}. When they put the Inn up For Sale we took a job Managing a 750 Unit Storage Facility in Richland Washington {On Guard Storage}. We then accepted a Job Managing a 3 Story, 30 Room Motel in Enterprise Oregon {Wilderness Inn}. We were then Venally offered a Manager and Maintenance position in Westport Washington at the Ocean Avenue Inn, but we were then Laid-Off after Peak-Season.
We have been in the Medford Oregon area since Thanksgiving 2016 building Fences and completing Home & Property Maintenance. {Sun Country Home & Property Services}
We have also worked for Jim Belushi's Rogues Lair Farms, Applegate Valley Farms and a small Family Farm in Sunny Valley. Building Greenhouses, Rototilling, Amending Soil, Planting, Watering, Harvesting, and Packaging.

With Robyn’s 23 years of Owning a Vacation Cleaning and Home Services Business (Sun Country Cleaning), has resulted in her Outstanding Organizational Skills and Great Attention to Detail. We didn't just Market, Reserve, Rent & Clean Vacation Homes, we also Provided Security Checks, Firewood, Snow Removal, Home, Property and even Hot-Tub Maintenance.
Robyn also has over 30 years of Experience in Customer Service and Retail Sales which all catered to Customers on a One on One basis.
I {Daniel} did all of the Maintenance for her Private Vacation Homes as well as for her Commercial Clients & Sub-Contracts.
At the Inn and Motel’s we were Managers, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Gardener, Marketing, Front Desk... Everything! At the Storage Facility, we completely Managed and Maintained a 750 Unit Complex with Great Customer Service and Wonderful Reviews to Match!
My Maintenance Experience:
Drywall Hanging, Repair, Mudding, Sanding, Priming, Texturing and Painting. Also Installed Trim, Crown Molding, Casing, and Baseboards.
Tile, Wood & Vinyl Flooring, as well as Carpet Installation, Door, Window Repair and Installation. Hardware Installation including Hinges, Handles & Deadbolt Lock Sets.
Interior and Exterior Prep & Painting, using Spray, Brush and Roller. Gutter Installation, Repair and Cleaning. Light Plumbing, Sinks, Faucets, Drains, Toilets. We have built Sheds, Decks, Fences, Greenhouses and Gazebos, including Arbor Installation, Repair/Restoration.
Electrical work to include Installing and or Replacing Breakers, Switches, Light Fixtures, Ceiling and Exhaust Fans, Power Outlets etc..
Installed Appliances Washer/Dryers (Gas & Electric), Refrigerators, Ice Makers, Dish-Washers, Garbage Disposals etc..
Landscape Maintenance to include Building & Repairing Fences, Constructing Sheds and Carports, Lawn Mowing, Edging, Weeding, Chipping, Sprinkler Repair & Maintenance, Installing Plants, Shrubs, Grass and Trees as well as Stone, Wood, Vinyl & Concrete Boarders. Pest Control Exterminator as well. I can Run and Sharpen Chainsaws, Weed-Eaters, Edger’s, Chipper Shredders, Wood Splitters, Mowers, Tractors, Rototillers, and Quads.
I was also the Property Caretaker for Jim Belushi’s 80 Acre Rogue River Valley Estate.
Demolition Services: For Remodeling purposes, I have Removed Walls, Built Walls, Re-Routed Wires & Pipes and also created Project Reports. I have Installed Mobile & Manufactured Home Skirting in Block, Brick, Stone, Hardybaker and Vinyl.
In addition, there is Not a Tool on this Planet that I cannot utilize.
I also have Computer Skills, Multi-Media Marketing Skills, I Compose Video Shorts and Create Websites, Including Social Media.
I have also completed all of the Grounds Keeping and Building Maintenance for 3 Central Oregon Churches for almost 15 years. In addition to that, we were both on a Prison Ministry Team called “The Freedom Team”.
I also Drove CDL Big Rigs for 3 different Company‘s. I Pulled Sets to Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Bakersfield, Palm Springs, Riverside, and Many other Destinations. I Pulled Dry Vans as well as Refers. 27, 32, 40 & 45 Footers. Utilized 7, 9, 10, 13 & 18 Speeds. Hauled Dairy and Bakery Products, Furniture, Appliances and General Freight. Delivered to Homes, Grocery Stores, Warehouses, Restaurants, Bistros and Bakery’s.

1977-2018 Artist / Muralist. Self-Employed Creator of Public Artworks, Canvas-Works, Photographs, Drawings, Oils, Acrylics, in Studio and Site Specific. Artworks include Interior & Exterior Projects in both Business and Residential settings. Consultant on Numerous Mural and Public Art Endeavors.

I am also a Multi-Certified, Custom Auto and Motorcycle Painter {Auto Body Connection} for over 40 years with impeccable Customer Relations & Literally Hundreds of Awards and Trophy’s for Quality Work & Craftsmanship. I’ve done Restoration, Fabrication, AirBrush and Custom Painting. I’ve Chopped Tops, Flared Fenders, Molded in Hoodscoops, Installed Visors, Air-Dams, Spoilers and Running Boards. Fabricated Body Panels, Roll-Pans, Floorboards, and Firewalls. Shaved Door Handles, Gas Doors and Made 4 Door Cars into 2 Door Cars, I’ve made Sedan Delivery’s out of Station Wagons. I’ve Installed Engines, Transmissions, Carburetors, Water-Pumps, Axles, Brakes, Radiators, Horsepower Parts, even Installed Interiors including Re-Upholstery, Carpet, Custom Built Consoles, Speaker Boxes, Built from Scratch Fiberglass Door Panels and I’ve even Installed Windshields and Door Glass.
I currently Draw monthly Caricatures for a Hot Rod Magazine {Roddin & Racin} and I formerly Wrote and Illustrated for a Hunting Magazine in Montana {Montana Woods n Water}

Robyn has experience as a Prep Cook for several Restaurants as well as Hostess and Waitress. She also worked as Salad Maker and Dessert Baker. She was also the Sandwich Artist in the Local Deli. {Marcello’s of Sunriver, The Trout House, Twin Lakes Resort, Rays Deli, Stine's Cafe and Triple Tree Restaurant}. She Assisted the Manager’s and Co-Workers alike in all areas of successfully running the Restaurant’s, including Line Cook (When Needed) Food Preparation, Serving, Busing, Kitchen Duties, Inventory, Opening and Closing.

She was my Secretary/Receptionist/Accountant for my Auto Body & Paint Business for over 30 yrs. Duties were Bookkeeping, Accounts Received and Payable, Phones ect. She also has Experience in, Ordering and Scheduling, Bank Deposits, all while working Safely and Efficiently.
She has 5yrs Experience as a Certified AARP Tax Assistant. Her Responsibilities were Great Customer Service, Honesty, Reliability, Dependability as well as Confidentiality.
In addition, She has 2 years Happily Helping with Senior Citizen's at an Assisted Living Facility {The Prairie House}. She is CPR Certified Too!

And we have Developed, Implemented and Administered On-Site Programs to Improve and Maintain Employee Incentives, Motivation and Morale.
